Minimum PVU is 30

I checked with this PVU calculator, that I would generally have servers with 50 PVU, only specific Hexa- and Octa-Core CPU's have 30 PVU:

So I think I'm correct when I say that the minimum PVU is 50 for general servers (Intel Dual and Quad), and servers which I would need.

However, the calculator is missing the option if I have "all other" and a dynamic n-Core CPU. Lets say my CPU is based on a distributed computer network (I actually used that for calculating a 56-bit RSA encryption challenge), then the PVU should go down accordingly to a 100-Core or more CPU.
